Our company needed a new website that would bring us the right kind of internet traffic and give our potential customers the information that they were looking for--WSI was very helpful in achieving both of these feats. First, we began with a Strategic Research Report: a 62-page, tailored document that gave us a great idea of what kind of terms would be most beneficial for gaining relevance in Google, what both we and our competitors were doing right and wrong with our current sites, and a crash course on how indexing through Google works. They then proceeded to build great/modern-looking page templates which we had plenty of opportunities to review and request changes to. When it came time to filling each page with content (text and images) WSI gave great advice, suggestions, and made every modification that we asked in a timely manner. After our site went live, we received Wordpress training from WSI so that we could maintain and make modifications at our own convenience. Throughout our whole experience with WSI, their focus seemed to be set on giving us, the customer, exactly what we wanted, rather than billing us for every bit of work along the way. For instance, after we had signed off on our site, we had a few questions about how to make certain changes to our site. Rather than bill us for every minute of their time or taking ages to respond, they promptly got back to us with the exact information we needed, and even made modifications for us, at no additional charge. After such a great experience, we highly recommend their services to anyone wishing to have a greater web presence and will certainly continue to seek their business in the future.
