This store, the employees, and the owner are horrendous. In the past three months especially the service has gone from terrible to shockingly abysmal. It is not just the staff but the owner: They are liars and swindlers. They are insolent. \r

I do not know what is going on but if you are in the market for a gun, or any gear or ammo, do not go to Gunsmoke Inc. You will be treated as nothing more than rubbish, sewage. They are despicable and obsolete. YOU deserve better than this — spend your hard earned money in an establishment that will treat you with respect and will value you as a person.\r

After three months of trying to get a firearm, already paid in full, and not even the one wanted, nothing is happening. They said to give them a couple of days and they'd transfer a similar firearm to another dealer, but it has been a week and the firearm in question is nowhere to be found. The firearm was in the catalog but the clerk who sold the firearm put it down as a special order, and it was not. How can it be a special order if it's in the catalog? It can't. That is ignorance on their part, and nothing more than a way to make a quick buck. When asked, multiple times, to receive a refund the answer was no. Who even does that? \r

DO NOT GO INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND SWINDLED. \r

Have you had a bad experience with this company? Have you been ripped off? Please, report it - it doesn't matter how long it's been. Let's not let these people get away with this.
