Backstory: New to me BMW 740iL started blowing smoke on startup while traveling for work. Not knowing the area, I searched for import mechanics and Carmine's was on the map. Website looked attractive so I called them up and scheduled an appointment for next day. Shop was clean and in order and I was greeted with a smile. Carmine sat and listened to my issues and concerns as I wanted everything looked at as well as the smoking on start fixed. He offered a courtacy car, but I had a rental. He called me the next day and ran down the list of items I wanted looked at with his list of recommendations and findings. Then he went through the list, giving ranks of immediate concerns to "need to look at in the near future" with recommended areas to save money or use the labor hours more efficiently. It was truely great service and I wish Carmine could have a shop in Wilmington, NC to be my local mechanic. Thanks for everything, the car is running great.
