Review content:
A personable sales rep showed up. I wasn't too smart about windows-I just wanted one fixed because the latch broke and the screen was a mess. Because this window was beside another, it was suggested that I purchase two. I did.\r
The windows were not top quality nor was the installation. Very disappointed in product. Pay a little more for a really good, durable window.Screens do not have any catches -they just slide up and down. Cheap. The ones that were removed were much better than ones installed. \r
I did not look at any pictures not discuss design or anything. I just thought that the product would be up to standard. I was a trusting, stupid consumer. I take full responsibility for this home improvement-I assumed they were a quality window without doing my homework and I got essentially what I paid for.
