I have been a tenant with Renttoday for just under a year from now. From the very beginning they have far above and beyond exceeded my expectations to provide the highest level of customer service I have ever received from a business before... EVER!!! When ever I have had an issue I make a phone call or an email and receive a response In Just an hour or two... Sometime In minutes. When I need something from their customer service department I always feel valued and appreciated because rather than hearing "no", or "I don't know" Like most customer service departments do. They go out of their way to get me an answer even if it means exhausting upper management to get approval in helping me out. When I was looking for a home renttoday worked hard to find a home that fit my budget and personal needs. They made sure to contact me daily with updates and things I could do to help speed up the process in getting the home I wanted. When I didn't get the first property I wanted they didn't just give up on me. They gave me a list of homes that matched the original home I wanted and when my schedule didnt fit their normal veiwing times they worked their off hours to show me the homes I was interested in and sign lease. I have had the prvilage of working with Raylene, Sonia, Monet, Dene, Corinne, Kim, and Mia who have all helped me in a real and personal why... I wouldn't even remember their names if they didn't!!! I have recommended them to numerous friends, some renters and some home owners renting who have all received this same level of customer service and appreciation. Please don't make the mistake of renting from anyone else other than these guys! TRUST ME... YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!
