In fact, I measured in at 35 inches around the waist whereas I was 39-41 depending beforehand... For what it's worth; you've made a very big, and cost-effective change in my life, and I wanted to be sure to say thank you for it again...I've got a body now that will keep me more mobile, motivated, and overall healthier than before, which is priceless.\r
