Dave has done two jobs for me. The first was a simple service call to unclog a line. It was a good job for a good price. The second job was a more complicated construction tenant improvement job that would take about 2 days. He underbid and overbooked himself after accepting the job. After getting into the job he abandoned the job after ignoring/delaying the project 1 week. The worst part is was not apologetic or made any attempt to remedy the problem, but instead attacked me, was very unprofessional and nasty, and left our project in a poor position. Other than a simple service call (which is why I have him an extra star), I would never use him again... NEVER!
