I have worked with the fine people at Rapid Realty not once but twice, and can tell you that they aren't scam artists. And honestly, that's just a silly thing to say. Yes, I had a great experience with them - both times. Once, when I moved to Brooklyn eight years ago and their business was tiny, and again this September (when my landlord sold our building and I had to give up the best apartment ever). So, I have zero to complain about when it comes to this company. While I sympathize with people who feel like they've been screwed over, it's really almost slanderous to call them scam-artists. The place wouldn't have been in operation for so long, have so many apartments to rent, OR be fully licensed (look it up, people, it's on the department of state website, and it's totally legal!) if they were trying to scam people.
Pros: Friendly, Fast Service, lots of apartmetns and price ranges
Cons: some apartments do have broker fees
