i guess since this company is growing quickly (i used them to find a place with my ex 3 years ago, the operation's gotten much bigger since then), there might be more room for mistakes (might account for some of the bad reviews... sometimes one person can give a place a bad name). overall, though, i really enjoyed working with these guys. it's hard to find a four bedroom in brooklyn for a reasonable price (yep, living the bachelor life again), but they found us one. the ad for the place said no fee, and we didn't pay a fee. the paperwork process was a little tedious, but they have to be thorough (especially with 4 dudes under 30), i understand. everything else was quick, easy, and seemed really solid. this is the second time i've used these guys, and i'll use them again.
