Review content:
Like many people, we first contacted Rapid because we had seen an apartment we particularly wanted on their website. Unfortunately, they do not keep their website up to date, so the apartments we most liked had either already been rented, or were not yet available.\r \r The first three realtors we dealt with were not up to finding an apartment with our fairly picky criteria, and they weren't always good about showing up for a meeting, or keeping in contact with us so we could know what they were planning. And since we were trying to maximize the time we had available for our apartment search, if a realtor wasn't available when they said they would be, we'd call the office and ask to be shown the apartments the previous realtor had said they were going to show; somehow, this kept ending with us seeing a bunch of apartments that didn't meet our criteria, so it was pretty much a waste of time for both us and the realtors in question. That said, they were friendly, and we never felt like we were too picky, or wasting their time.\r \r Even better, we finally wound up with Silvia, a senior realtor. It was amazing the difference this made. Silvia only scheduled three apartments for us, since she had paid attention to our criteria, and didn't want to waste any of our time. The first one was too small, but the third one was absolutely perfect, and in our price range. Unfortunately, Silvia had been sick that day and let another realtor show us the apartment, but we definitely give her the credit for knowing exactly what we'd like, and making sure we got to see it!\r \r I agree with the other posters that Rapid's offices can be a little over-stimulating, and that it can be frustrating to see one thing on their website or in their ads, and be shown something totally different when you go out to see apartments. But the workers really hustle, and they do their best to find places that will work out well. Pros: Enthusiasm, willingness to work with our picky criteria Cons: The newer realtors can be a little flaky
