the title sums it up for the most part. why do we have to write titles? \r

anyway. the rapid realty office is definitely very young - everyone seemed to be under 30 for the most part. that means that they have a lot of pep though, which is nice when you're dreading dragging yourself around to look at apartments. \r
\r
also - they have an outrageous number of apartments. they're all over the map price wise, of course, so its not like every single person will walk in and immediately be presented with 30 perfect apartments, but there's definitely enough for most people to find what they're looking for.
