Review content:
I have been looking for an apartment for months, trying to rearrange my schedule to see places. I saw some decent spaces, but they were few and far between, because my schedule is nuts and it's hard to make the time to see apartments. I work from 8 am to 8pm, basically six days a week, trying to get my business off the ground, so the fact that most brokers have regular office hours (9-5, 6 latest) wasn't really working for me.\r
\r
I responded to an ad on craigslist, which turned out to be from Rapid Realty, and explained my work schedule to the guy right away, expecting to get pretty much the same response (basically, that I would need to take time off of work to find ""my dream apartment""). Fortunately, this didn't happen - my broker showed me an apartment at 11 pm (after making sure I was serious, obviously this isn't an ideal way to spend a Friday night for ANYONE) on Friday night, and we went back to the office so I could leave a deposit on the place. They actually opened up the office (I guess they usually close at 10) for me, because one of the guys in the office was having an open house on the place the next morning, and I wanted to snatch the place up before anybody else had a chance to. Really, what other company would do that?
Pros: very accomodating, friendly sevice, late hours
