Please one word of advise! if you happen to be on the sidewalk in front of their office, make sure to cross the street. Sly and deceitful seem their mantra to conduct business. They should enter the Broker's Hall of Shame really. In their website they claim that they are famous for low fee or no fee, but they will do all they can to swindle you. Imagine their application has this: ""I understand that the Brokers only obligation is to find me an apartment and the money given to Broker today shows that Broker has performed his duties and has earned his fee and the apartment is being taken off the market in our office however the landlord may reserve the right to show or rent the apartment on their own"" For Heaven sake how twisted is that? whereas legally you pay a broker only when the lease is signed! Horrible experience and shady characters...Definitely a negative star.
