Businiess name:  Disney's Grand Californian Hotel And Spa

Review content:
My wife, grandkids and I stayed at the Grand Californian Resort and Spa when we visited Disneyland. We were especially glad that there was tram that could transport us directly to the park, without walking, as I do have certain limitations.\r \r Unfortunately, I feel completely misrepresented to because when I spoke with the hotel reservationist, I was not told that the tram is several blocks away from the hotel already. I even discussed to her that it was good to have the tram handy to jump into at the lobby, as I remember this is how it was at Disneyland Hotel in my younger days, but sadly she never mentioned it was far away.\r \r The hotel was also incredibly chaotic during the check-in process and the room we were given were clear around the complex, because we wanted a view of the park, which meant even more walking. It took at least 45 minutes to walk from the hotel lobby to our room. It was ridiculous!
