My fisrt oil change was a great and exceptional experience but my second was a mess. A day to mother's day 2012. I dropped my car at about 3:20PM EST and letting the representative know I will be back to get it. She never mentioned they closes at 4PM. However, they called I missed their call, no message left, I called back kept getting fax machine hoping they calling to inform that they found other services required for the car. Got there at 5PM, they were closed. It's a shame and am very pissed.
