Review content:
Ken Poe was highly unprofessional and ruined what would have been an amazing experience and pool. Our pool ended up four feet smaller than it should have been yet was dug and poured to be larger. The pool filler never worked correctly and Ken refused to meet with our inspector who found fault in almost each step of the process. Our pool took more than 6 months and should have been 10k dollars less than the original bid. The plaster peeled after the first summer and Ken would not fix it after repeated calls. He charged us for the larger pool size even though the pool was much smaller. He took our money before the pool was finished and refused to continue the construction until we paid him. We were at his mercy with a pool half finished and three months into the process. It was a NIGHTMARE! Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Our concrete work is such low quality we are having to have it all re-done.
