OK, let me be honest, I chose this business to clean my carpets because they were the cheapest of all of the people in the phone book. So, part of the "bad" of what I have to write about may be because I am thrifty. With that aside, I did not realize that when I got my carpets cleaned with this company that they don't actually take any dirt out of the house! They sprayed the carpet with a solution and then buffed it with two different machines. The really dirty parts of my carpet looked better, but the entire carpet felt grimy. When we walked on the slightly damp carpet, our socks turned this hideous brown from all the dirt. So, no dirt was taken out, it was just "spread around." Now for the good parts: it was cheaper than any other competitor, and they were fast. I called and got an appointment for the next day. The cleaning took about an hour and dried in about 3 hours. The technician was very friendly. However, they had him try to sell add ons when he was at the house, I would have preferred that information when I made the appointment. I probably got what I paid for..next time I'll go for a more expensive shampooing.
