Review content:
Second time coming to this shop today because of a good experience from the first time but it seems like it will be the last. Just needed a simple 4 wheel brake change and ended up waiting for 3 hours. Aside from that, I watched my car drive off from their waiting room during their test drive and I could hear my sound system going off. In my mind, I was wondering how loud they were playing the music in my car in order for me to hear it from within the waiting room while my car was at the entrance. Well, as soon as I paid and started up my car, the radio was blaring at a volume of 40. If I put trust into a mechanic to perform maintenance on my car, I expect to them to do what they were paid to do, not take my car out for a joy ride and leave evidence of it. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy!
