I enjoyed my window purchase experience with this company and felt I should share my experience. Window concepts installed half my windows years back and did a excellent job. I financed them and the day I paid them off I called to order the remaining windows. Both projects went very good and were done in 1 day each order. I was happy to see the same crew 4 years later (which I didn't expect). I liked the fact all the same people worked with me both orders and the product itself made my house look much better. The biggest different was the sound. I cannot hear the traffic anymore. What a relief! I did have to call them once 2 years ago when my next-door neighbors dog ran thru my patio door screen and they ordered me a new one with no fuss and even adjusted it for me. With all the chatter on the Internet these days I wanted to share my experience. I would recommend them to anyone I know and will use them in the future after these are paid down.
