I had the service with their top master stylist for highlights and a cut. After $220.00 and almost five hours, i ended up with: burnt hair, split ends, hair does not brush easily after wash and a conditioning balm, highlights color light brown on my dark brown hair, hair does not style at all. THEIR MASTER STYLIST WAS WORKING ON TWO MORE CLIENTS AT THE SAME TIME SHE WAS WORKING ON ME AND GUESS WHO WAS ASSISTING HER-A NAIL PERSON!!! WAY TO GO, ROY NACCOUR SALON!!! AND WHEN I SAID I DID NOT LIKE WHAT I GOT, SHE SAID HOW MANY CONDITIONING THEY PUT IN AND THIS IS THE BEST THEY COULD GET-EVEN I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 10 AND 30 VOLUME BLEACH!!! WORSE, WHEN I REQUESTED MONEY BACK, THEY THREATENED ME WITH THEIR LAWYER!!! NACCOUR HIMSELF WAS RUDE AND REFUSED TO LOOK AT THE RESULT OF HIS SALON'S TOP MASTER WORK!!! Oh, and when my Mom went to tint they lashes and eye brows the same day, they WAXED HER EYEBROW IN HALF!!! And the cheapest mascara would give more color then their tinting!!
