had a great experience with Rich from Dry HEro after the basement flooded in my rental house. Although I initially had another company begin the water removal process as it was 5:00 pm on a Saturday night and I had tenants who made the basement their bedroom, Rich called and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me discussing potentials causes and solutions to the water problem. He told me to call him back if I needed anything. When the company I used suggested I rip up carpet and start tearing out walls due to potential mold, I called Rich back. He went over to the house on a Sunday afternoon free of charge to be able to give me sound advice as to what I should do(Ilive in Omaha). He then called me and told me to dismiss the other company(who were charging $150 a day for their equipment) and he would finish the job for me free of charge but they had done such a lousy job. He was so generous with his advice, time and energy. I can't emphasize enough what a help he was too me, and how much money he possibly saved me. I would give him my business again, most definetly.
