Review content:
We had water backup in our basement due to a damaged test t pipe. Black sludge from the pipe was in with the water. it was late Saturday night and no water was draining at all. I called roto rooter and the service dispatcher said she would dispatch a service technician. he called within 15 minutes to let me know he was on his way. when he arrived, he greeted me and immediately surveyed the situation. he cleaned all drains and ran a camera down the main pipe. within minutes he discovered the problem and showed me where the test t pipe was collapsing. he informed me to call city hall on monday. icalled city hall and they forwarded the call to the county engineer. since the technician was very thorough and told me what to say. the county would send a service crew to replace the pipe. the best part was that the technician said since the county was replacing the pipe, there would be no cost to me. Nothing but the best service from this company. Very neat and clean, thorough and explained the situation in easy terms I could understand
