My experience has been terrible. They have a bunch of teenagers working here which is fine in and of itself, but these kids act like they really do not care and hate their jobs and it is evident. On 3 different occasions they did not give me the toppings I asked for, but they charged me for it. When I politely pointed it out to the employee, she was so dismissive. On another occasion I was inside the store waiting for my order, there were three employees and another customer who was at the drive through window. The customer at the drive through window sat there for nearly 15 mins waiting for someone to attend to him, 2 of the employees were not busy, they were standing around and chatting away, they saw him, they knew he was there but couldn't have cared less. Finally one of them walked over to the window to take his order and seemed positively irritated about it. \r \r But my final experience here takes the cake. One of the employees a creepy emaciated weirdo who's name begins with the letter M, took my order at the drive through window, and then turned around and made a personal derogatory remark about me to another employee. I was wearing a hat and she actually mocked me. As a customer I was stunned. I've never experienced that, ever! The window hadn't fully closed, I was looking straight at her, I could see her and hear her. When she turned around and saw my expression she didn't own up to it, did not apologize, she just turned away. The employees here badly need an etiquette lesson. So despicable. You go and spend your hard earned cash on overpriced ice cream, only to walk away feeling insulted and bummed out that you went there in the first place. Ice cream station is less than a mile away, and Brusters is across the street. The quantity is bigger and cheaper, the staff is nice and professional and that makes a big difference.
