Review content:
This is absolutely the worst travel agency on the planet. I'm not even sure if this is actually a legitimate business, based on the quality of service and the treatment I got there. \r \r They agreed to help me arrange travel for a very important event and then just stopped returning my calls for five days. Meanwhile, I had people counting on the travel as they were coming from all over the world for an important conference. This agency put me in a real bind by ignoring my calls and emails and then finally when I contacted them, they said they would not work with me. When I asked why, they said I had called other travel agents in the area (cheated on them I guess???) and that they wouldn't work with me. I tried to explain to the woman that I called other travel agents BEFORE, when I was still shopping around. Don't I have the right to do that? She said, ""I dunno, my boss doesn't want me to work with you."" And that was the only explanation I got. No other reasons, no apologies, nothing. This has cost our company thousands of dollars because ticket prices went up in the meantime. \r \r This is a sorry excuse for a company! I highly recommend that you seek other, more reputable and respectable agents to work with.
