I'm a designer and I have been working with Ralph and Robert at FloorSmart for a couple of years now. Everything is beautiful. I work with them for all of my clients' rugs and hardwood floors. I have had great experiences with them. My clients have always been happy.
They install beautifully. It always goes off without a hitch. I feel good to say that every job I've done with them I've been happy and my clients have been happy. I buy from them often since I am a designer. I trust FloorSmart and am comfortable with them. Their installation people are excellent. They are always on time and I've never had a negative situation.
All of my experiences have been great. Trust is a big piece of it because I rely on them for their expertise. I have the utmost confidence in working with them. They stand by their products, they are honest, and I've never had an uncomfortable situation working with them. Ralph has been working with Robert for a long time and he's a great guy. They take what they do seriously. They definitely are about people being happy with the service that they give.
