Review content:
Village Plumbing and Heating quoted one thing and charged 100 dollars more than they had originally said. I was speaking with them while my mother, who is 85, paid more and I hadn't realized how much she had been charged until afterwards. It was the worst service I have ever had. I would call anybody but them.
When I called afterwards they pretty much ignored me and when I eventually spoke with them on the phone they admitted they had quoted it wrong, but they didn't do anything about it. The part they installed cost 10 dollars and it only took them 3 minutes to install it. They didn't give a written estimate before starting the work and they didn't itemize on the bill. They did everything wrong and overcharged my mother. They took advantage of an elderly woman. I spoke to another plumber and he said he would charge 80 bucks max, including the part, but they charged 180 dollars.
When I tried to discuss with Donna at Village Plumbing and Heating she hung up on me! I've never had service this bad. I wouldn't hire them.
