Review content:
Horrible dentist that is only interested in making money.
Like the previous poster, they diagnosed me with periodontal disease and aggressively suggested the $1800 arestin antibiotic therapy. When I told them I would do the deeper cleaning treatment but did not want the antibiotics one office worker told me they couldn't do that because ""they could be charged with malpractice"". They supposedly then checked with the dentist who supposedly said she ""could lose her license"" if she didn't use the antibiotics and would be ""uncomfortable"" not doing the treatment. These are indeed direct quotes from the employees.
I am in medicine and know that these are outright lies and I will be reporting this to the TN dental board.
Furthermore, the office workers were uneducated and could not provide me with any information on why exactly I needed the antibiotic treatment. Also, despite my questions and concerns they dentist (Dr. Frye) did not take the time to talk to me. Incredibly unprofessional.
I looked through the medical literature when I got home and found that the arrestin antibiotic therapy is far from the standard of care, especially given it's cost.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: long wait, horribly uneducated employees, liars, overcharges
