Hopefully this post will dissuade you from wasting your time and (believe me) money. This office has been nothing short of a headache to deal with. After the filling came out of a back tooth, I went to them for some simple work. I came in to the office, they looked at my tooth. They were too busy to work on it so the scheduled me an appointment (for 3 months later). I go to my appointment where I'm told ""yea, this tooth has decayed, you'll need a root canal"" to which I asked ""i'll need the root canal because of the fact that the tooth is decaying?"" . Turns out, if they would have squeezed me in or at least referred me to another dentist when I initially came in, they could have filled it and it would have been fine. \r \r They refer me to an office 30mins. away. (Ohh, I should preface this by saying that Dr. Bradley's office told me I was approved for a $5,000 dental insurance loan.) I go to the root canal office, get my root canal and i'm at the counter explaining to them that I have the dental insurance. They call the insurance company and it turns out, Dr. Bradley's office made a mistake and I was only covered for $100. \r \r I still had to go back to Dr. Bradley's office for the crown though. I get in there, he seems to be in a rush working on my mouth. He didn't advise the person who created the crown to leave out the metal on the top side so when I smile there is a nasty dark color at the base of the crown. The procedure was cumbersome, not painful; more like annoying because my head was jerked around the whole time.\r \r One nice thing though, the office DID allow me to make payments on the crown. Needless to say, I switch dentists. My new dentist informs me that Dr. Bradley improperly seated the crown and that it will start to decay, which it is. So I called Dr. Bradley to see if they would stand by their work and fix my crown, and they replied, ""No, sorry"".\r \r Lesson: Do not use this dentist. What should have cost me ~$70, is ~$1200 Pros: hahahaha Cons: most aspects
