they didn't have one. I asked, well how did they know it was lost w/out a tracking number? They wanted to come in for more molds and I said, NO. Enough was enough. I tried to get my money back and they refused. I had to take legal action to get it back. So now, I went to my old dentist back in MN and he had to redo 3 of the crowns, because they were put on wrong and not to normal standards. And the worst part, for the rest of my life I will suffer from jaw pain because of my experiences at Embassy Dental. I am not the only one that has experienced negative things from them either. I have spoke to two other people that have had things go wrong. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO EMBASSY DENTAL. You will be sorry.
