I miss the previous hygienist Ricky. The current hygienist Lisa is talking like a queen. She does not listen to the customers (I have friends with similar complaints) and never smile at me. Dr. Southwell is nice but too busy. I was scheduled a set of treatment, but I did not receive everything planned. Although the thing not done was not charged, I have not received a call so far to explain this. I have 4 visits within the recent 2 years not counting one appointment they did not keep. \r
