Review content:
I went to this dentist for a bridge. It took 3 visits before it could be fitted correctly in my mouth. Each time they had trouble removing the temporary bridge, breaking it, knocking my upper teeth, and actually joking when I almost swallowed the bridge. A truly horrible experience. I decided to give them a second chance and decided to go back for a cleaning. The first appointement was cancelled because ""the doctor is out of town"". Fine no, problem. My second cleaning appointment was for 8:00 am. I rearranged my day, got up at 6:30 and drove 45 minutes to my appointment in morning traffic and rain. When I get there at 8:00 am, I'm told that the doctor has the flu and won't be in. After asking why I didn't get a call I was told, ""We just found out."" If I can get up at 6:30 to go to the appointment why can't they send someone in to call me so I won't have to waste my time and change my schedule. This isn't an appointment to get my nails done, it's a medical appointment. HORRIBLE. Pros: 0, zip, none Cons: Everything about the experience
