Review content:
In trying to complete a laminate floor project I was in need of transition materials. My supplier, a competitor, claimed he was unable to find such, and attempted to sell me pieces that were unsatisfactory.
After researching several vendors in the Naples area, I visited Naples Flooring where I was warmly received by Chris. I tendered a sample of the floor. Chris immediately recognized the make and style and assured me that he would be able to find the needed pieces. In a week's time, I had the exact matching material in hand. Once in my grasp, Chris continued to assist by taking the time to review with me the installation process of these transition pieces.
I was, and continue to be, very impressed with the full service and support Chris was able to provide. Even though he did not sell me the flooring, he backed the customer, supporting the product fully, claiming that as a dealer it was his obligation to follow through.
In addtion to relaying to others, it is without question I will be conducting future business with Chris and Naples Flooring. This company offers excellent products as well as superlative service. There is no need to look elsewhere.
