2nd bad experiences @ Greenberg Dental, 2 different locations. We went 10 minutes earlier then my wife's appointment. Waited 1 hr in the Waiting room, they had forgotten about her..Made appointment specific to my wife's chipped tooth, but they talked her into a FULL Mouth exam, otherwise they can NOT do anything, Agreed to a Mouth exam. Dr came in and gave us the list of what needs to be done and that she is very busy today and when we make a next 1st appt for cleaning, she will grind her teeth down so it does not bother her. \r
Went to the cleaning (And Chip repair) appt. Hygienist cleaned the teeth and sent her to the front desk to see if the Dr has time today to grind her teeth as they were very busy today. Spoke with very unprofessional Front Desk, and very RUDE Office Manager who wanted to talk us into griding the teeth down when we make an appt for a major work. MONEY was clearly the factor at GREENBERG Dental and not Patients! The RUDE office manager insisted on rescheduling for the chipped teeth and said that the Dr'd time was very precious (As if, our taking a time off from work for the appt was NOT precious). I said I would cancell all appt, and the Office Manager said ""Thats Fine!"". No courtesy, No apologies, No Patient Concerns, Very Poor Customer Service. On top of all that she wanted to give me Dr. Greenbergs number to call and complain...just to get me out of the office. Absolutely NOT going back and DO NOT advise anyone to use Greenberg Dental Offices. Similar Issues are reported in other locations reviews. Do NOT waste your PRECIOUS time at GREENBERG DENTAL!
