The folks at Genesee Valley Ford have a customer for life :O) After a few bad experiences at other dealerships, I had almost given up on even getting a new vehicle. I was tired of pushy salespeople...tired of feeling like I was being taken advantage of (especially being a woman).\r

As soon as I walked into Genesee Valley Ford I knew they were different! They treated me like a person...like a friend. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. My salesman worked everything from payments to financing with me right on his computer. He got me a payment LOWER than what I was expeciting. (when does that ever happen??) They didn't jerk me around like those other dealerships.\r

I love my new Fusion...and I love knowing I got the best deal without having to fight for it. Thank you to everyone for making this lady very happy!
