Review content:
Renaissance Builders does pretty good work, and they usually meet our expectations. There has been some work that they have had to come back and fix, but they will always do it with no trouble. I think their biggest problem is actually their subcontractors, and if they changed or managed their subcontractors they would get a lot higher ratings.
They built an entire screened deck, redid the kitchen floor with all new tile, and did some other carpentry work in the kitchen and dining room. They also redid the family room, dining room and part of the kitchen, taking down the old wall paper and putting up new dry wall and paint. We are very happy with that part; they did a good job.
I have already recommended them, and I'll probably hire them again. When we paid the price we knew the quality we would get. Overall we are pretty happy with the work they did.
