I called this company a few days ago and spoke with the owner Mike. He was very friendly and set a time to come by and do an estimate for two days later. At the time he was due he called to say he wouldn't be able to make it he was working late into the morning and hadn't showered. He asked to reschedule and we agreed on a time later in the day. After rearranging my schedule, racing home to meet him, and missing a family event Mike never showed and never called. I called to ask if he was planning on coming and his assistant said he knew of the appointment but didn't know where he was and would tell him I called if he returned. I asked if he could be contacted wondering why she wasn't offering to call him on a cell phone. She said his phone was off because it was his personal phone. The only time I know someone turns their phone off is when they are on personal time so he had no plans to keep the appointment due to his personal time. At least be professional enough and responsible enough to call and cancel. \r

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING FACADE. It could come to an end at any minute. This is a very unprofessional company and is not interested in integrity or professionalism. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Find any other one.
