Review content:
I initially went to see Dr. Kunzler following an informative presentation. There was no pressure just an offer to evaluate and talk about concerns I had. I took a copy of my MRI with me to the appointment. I had herniated discs in my neck which have caused me much pain and affected my mobility over the years. I had had shots, spinal epidurals with no effect. I had visited other doctors who did manipulations on my neck, put me in a neck stretcher for lack of a better description with little and very temporary relief. I had seen the ""decompression"" machines used by these other doctors and they were a one size fits all with the pulls the same for everyone regardless of the problem area. Dr. Kunzler's equipment is very different from these other machines. It can focus on specific discs. Since completing the treatment on my neck I have had very little problem, and the problems I do have can be directly related to either sleeping and waking with a kink in my neck or issues from sitting too long at a computer (usually when I'm grading). But even if I'm feeling a little stiff in the neck my mobility is still great.
Dr. Kunzler's staff is awesome, Danelle and Shayla are great and know everyone by name and are concerned how we are doing every time we come in. We (my husband and I) also see Dr. Kunzler almost every time we are there and he always stops and asks how we are doing.
I am also having my back worked on. I had started having problem with neropathy in my feet and would feel like I was being jabbed with a live wire. Those symptoms have almost entirely disappeared and I am not yet finished with the treatment.
I recommend the Utah Disc Center and Dr. Kunzler and his staff. You can't please everyone, nobody can, but Dr. Kunzler has made me very happy.
