I've used Walgreens for years, and have for a few years had a controlled substance prescription. Many times, I've been advised to call ahead, to be sure that they have it in stock. So, I called today, and was told that she didn't know. I'd been inquiring about the cash prices for a few prescriptions, and she told me that the others I was asking about were in stock, but this particular one she ""didn't know"". I decided not to press it, even though I felt that I was being blown off, because they usually have it. But, when I went there, lo and behold, they didn't.\r

I've had several not so good experiences at this store in the last couple of months, since moving here, and this was the proverbial straw. I'll be doing business elsewhere, from now, on. It's not often that I feel such a need to express my opinion publicly, like this, but her attitude really irked me, on top of everything else.
