My wife had stopped in about 2 weeks ago and was told by the owner they would stop up and see what type of inground pool that could install in a couple days. We stopped in 2 weeks later and asked why they had not showed up and the owners wife laughed and we were told have been working over 100 hours a week and too busy to come or even call. Nobody was in the store that day when we were there except her, husband and a child with the television on. It was Memorial Day weekend in the high 80's and all other places we stopped at were crowded but good service. What happens if you already spent 30k plus and have a problem. Be very cautious is all I can say.
