I being the brides mother was going to leave this alone because you were not worth my time but now I'm not. If any of the readers want to google Glass City Florist reviews (which I wish I had prior to my order) they will see we are not alone in our feelings about your business! All I can say is how would a bride forget to order the grooms boutonniere or why would a bride want her bouquet the same as her bridesmaids! As soon as the driver delivered I told him the order was wrong! He called you, then said to me here is our card Bernadette said you need to call her yourself. So I did and Bernadettee ranted and raved loudly telling me the only thing that could be done was to pick up the whole order and take it back! I already had a stressed out Bride because the two important flower items were her fresh flower hair clip and her bouquet and she was not going to have either. You had the whole order, except for the bridemaid bouquets WRONG!!!!! You would not let me get a word in edge wise. So I told you I had a hall to decorate and did not have time to argue with you. We learn from our mistakes but I will make sure that people know your lack of customer service and that your comments above are lies!!!!!! I will be calling BBB Davids Bridal and Teleflorist to let them know how you are representing them.
