Do NOT use this company! It also appears that the same person who owns the location in Paloma Creek also owns locations in Denton, I would suggest avoiding them also!\r We dropped our car off on Tuesday afternoon (5/28/13), before 1pm, for an alignment. We were told it would be done in a couple of hours and they (the staff at Kwik Kar) would call us when it was done. At about 3:45 my partner called to see if the car was done, because no one had called him and it was past the time the car had been promised to be completed. The woman who answered the phone told my partner that they were very busy and she would call him back. At 6:00, my partner called back, and no one answered—they were closed. At 8:00 the next morning, my partner called again and spoke with the manager, Greg Gergens. Greg told us that the receptionist had called the day before and let us know the car was ready. On the way to this location, we double checked phone logs and voicemail—needless to say, no calls from Kwik Kar. \r When we arrived at the location to pick up the car, Greg was inside reading a magazine. He appeared to finish his page before acknowledging us, even though he was the only personnel inside the building. We explained who we were, and asked what time the receptionist called us the day previous, and he said it was around 3pm. We explained that not only did we not get a call, but when we called at 3:45, she was busy, told us she would call back, and never did. Greg then decided it may have been later that the receptionist had called. However, he also told us that he asked the receptionist to call again about 5 (the day previous), when we had not yet picked up the car. Of course, she didn’t call then either. After a 20 minute conversation, Greg somewhat apologized for the mistake, stated he would have a talk with the receptionist when she came in that day, and offered to take $20 off our bill. At this point, my partner has missed 2 hours of work, costing us over $80 in income. So, we asked whom to complain to. We are given the number to a Frank Dudowicz, or his assistant Cindy. We call, at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning, and Frank is out for the week. Cindy will be in after 10:30. So, while I wait, I write this review for all of you. Don’t use Kwik Kar in or around Denton or Paloma Creek, Texas. \r
