We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Everytime we went in to Gellco we were never approached or assisted in anything. When I approached a group of employees standing around talking and asked for some help not a single one spoke or even moved. Finely one begrudgingly offered after I stated "I'm ready to purchase today". He spent a whole 5 minutes with us. The next time we went in we had a really helpful man and wound up purchasing a bow mostly because of his assistance. They had to order our bow and said that it would be in within 7-10 days. They took our number and said they would call us when it came in. We paid and left. It's been over a month now since we purchased and we still have no bow. The worst part is that we have never received a single phone call to let us know when we are getting our bow. We have to stalk them and call and ask questions just to get told something new in the "progress" of its arrival. I feel like we've been scammed. I'm getting our money back! I can get it online faster and cheaper!
