Swanky Bubbles is a champagne bar and restaurant located in Old City in Philadelphia. They have an extensive selection of champagne and champagne cocktails.
They have a decent array of sushi on the menu, as well as other food. It's a great place for a special occasion with a group. A fun dessert is the chocolate fondue.
It is an upscale atmosphere and most people are dressier, rather than casual.
