I have been to this Spa numerous times over the years, even back when it was called the Sun Spa. I have never had a problem until last night. I went in for a body bronzing (spray tanning with an airbrush) which I have done many times before with excellent results. They recommended that I not get water or liquid on any part of my body, including my hands, until this morning. I followed their instructions and woke up this morning horrified by my orange, blotchy hands and feet! There are also weird splotches and streaks elsewhere on my body. I tried to scrub my hands and feet and only succeeded in making it worse. My knuckles and palms, along with my toes and the sides of my feet and the back of my ankles are all so dark that they look dirty. I called the spa this morning, and they told me they "sell" tan remover. The manager suggested I come in for a body scrub and maybe that would help. I just paid them $50 and this is the best they can do? I have a job, so am not available to come in this afternoon for a body scrub, AND I am leaving on a trip tomorrow morning at 5:15. A trip on which I won't be able to wear sandals without looking like I have filthy feet! All they could say to that was "we're sorry but that's all we can suggest". Oh, and they could do my next bronzing treatment for free. No thank you, I am afraid to go back because they have no idea why this happened this time! I cancelled my next appointment and will not be returning. I will take my money and patronage to a business that takes care of it's customers.
