Where can i start i have been using this company for 3 years now and they have not let me down yet . It all started when i moved out of my parent house and got my own apartment . I was low on cash and recently had thrown a house warming party that turned into a full blown out Party (lets not get into that). I had mud tracked all through my apartment i had vomit in the corner of one of my rooms it was disgusting . I had to get it cleaned up the next day so i goggled carpet cleaners . They popped up i was hesitant at first because the price was so cheap . i knew there had to be a catch but i just went with it because again i was low on cash . I called booked my appointment for 2 weeks in advance and the 10-1 slot . i love that they had a variety of slots because i know i love to sleep on my day off so i asked if they could try to be there closer to 11 i had errands to do . The man had said he would make note of it but couldn't promise me . So being me i totally forgot about my appointment i got a call the afternoon before my appointment to confirm . i loved that they gave me a heads up just to make sure i was on the same page !. That morning i got a call from the tech i think his name was Joe about 30 minutes before he said he was going to be there perfect . i Still had time to shower and run to Starbucks . He arrived and explained everything he had the funniest personality . He told me everything he was doing . The carpet looked brand new again in just a little bit of time . I asked him why my apartment was so Stuffy he explained that the air ducts should be cleaned at least 1 a year they consume alot of dust . He told me he could take a look at them for me so he did.HE said that he didn't think that the apartment complex ever got them clean they were so bad no wonder it was harder to breath . He showed me and it was disgusting i was sold . he pulled this machine out of his truck and got to work he really just did same day service like there ads . Everything was finished.
