Just wanted to share my experience with Bay cab. Called with a 30 minute notice that I needed a ride from Hayward to Downtown Oakland. Although all the cabs were busy, the owner himself came to pick me up right on time! Pleasant experience and reasonable rates. Most importantly, on time. I asked the owner about some of the negative reviews, and he explained to me that he had some unreliable driver's in the past leasing cabs from him, and he has since gotten rid of them and is taking a hands on approach to customer service. Keep up the good work
