WOW!!!!!!! Do Yourself a Favor!! Buy your next car weather its new or used from Hendrick BMW!!!---It's an unbelievable experience!!! My wife and I are extremely happy with our new BWM we bought from Hendrick BMW Charlotte!! From the time we started communicating with the sales/management staff if was so obvious we were going to buy from Hendrick BMW! They treated my wife and I like we were part of their family!! Everybody was so nice and friendly to us throughout the whole process! Tom D. the sales manager's took time with us to make sure we were happy and thanked us for our purchase! The Finance guy Jason was such a pleasure to work with as well!!! Really made us feel at ease when doing paperwork and showing us some additional products that we could use--and yes we bought a few!! The Tire and Wheel Warranty is a MUST!! My wife have bought many cars over the years and have NEVER felt as great as we have from the start of the process of buying our New BMW from Hendrick!! Hendrick BMW ROCKS!! Thanks again to Everybody at Hendrick BMW Charlotte!! My Wife and I Love our New BMW!!!!
