Review content:
They made an appointment for 8 am since our ac had gone out the night before and they were booked for the evening. 8 came and went finally we called the office at 9 and they said they were running behind. Called again at 10:30 and another excuse finally at 12:30 when no one showed or called we canceled our appointment. We understand its 100 degrees out but a phone called would of been nice .
