Review content:
I know a lot of people who think that Hayden’s Lakefront Grill is the best thing to ever hit Tualatin, but I’ve never quite grasped the great appeal. The food is very good, but in my opinion not in line with the prices. The bar area is tiny and they often squeeze live music into the already crowded space, making conversation nearly impossible.
They also have outdoor seating during the summer but you may want to call ahead to see if they’re hosting an outdoor wedding reception. While this might be a nice place for wedding festivities, the overflowing noise can be annoying to outdoor restaurant and bar patrons who don’t want to listen to a DJ spin tiresome reception classics such as “Mony Mony” and the “Chicken Dance”.
I have to admit, though, that a table next to the manmade lake on a quiet summer evening wins points for dining ambiance.
Hayden’s Lakefront Grill, 8187 SW Tualatin-Sherwood Road, Tualatin.
