Businiess name:  Cedar Mill Construction, Residential Contracting
Review by:  Ann B.
Review content:
As a homeowner, few tasks can be as ominous as seeking out a contractor to do home repairs. After hearing countless stories from friends about overpriced contract jobs that were not well done or finished on time, I was dreading entering into the world of residential construction. However, sections of my T1-11 siding were rotting and cracking and needed replacement before winter. So I contacted a number of local contractors, and invited a few of them to visit the house and bid on the project. Folks, if you’re looking for a professional who can communicate the trade in a language that the average layperson can understand, who offers competitive prices and problem solves with you, then it would be very worth your while to call Cedar Mill and set up an appointment with owner Jim Anderson. At the end of his first visit we had a clear understanding of how the job would be accomplished, what the finished product would look like and the project’s timeframe. Since we were having the house painted the same week we needed the work done soon. Jim’s team accomplished all of this for a reasonable price and I would gladly hire his team again. Cedar Mill Construction, 19465 SW 89th Ave, Tualatin. (503) 885-9370.
